1. Digital Products
All Archipelagy products are digital templates delivered electronically. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact support at support@archipelagy.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Refunds may be considered in cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical issues that cannot be resolved.
3. Refund Request Window
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
