This License Agreement governs the use of digital templates purchased from Archipelagy. By purchasing or using a template, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one website or project. Each additional website, client project, or live deployment requires a separate license purchase.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Customize the template for your own website or a client project
• Modify layouts, styles, and content
• Use the template for commercial or non-commercial purposes

The template may be used to build a finished website for a client, provided a license is purchased for that project.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template
• Share the template files publicly or privately
• Offer the template as part of another template product
• Make the template available in any marketplace
• Claim ownership of the original design

Purchase grants usage rights, not ownership.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Archipelagy, LLC. This agreement grants a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying design or code.

5. Modifications

You are free to modify the template to suit your needs. However, modified versions may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Termination

Violation of this License Agreement may result in termination of the license without refund. Archipelagy reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or unauthorized distribution.

7. Disclaimer

Templates are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the template before publishing to a live environment. Archipelagy is not responsible for third-party platform changes or integrations.
