These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Archipelagy website and digital products. By accessing this website or purchasing a template, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

2. Digital Products

Archipelagy offers digital templates designed for use within the Framer platform. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Access to purchased templates is provided via email and remix link after successful payment.

3. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for a single website or project unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Customize the template for your own website or client project
• Modify layouts, styles, and content

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template
• Claim authorship of the original template
• Make the template available publicly for download
• Use the template to create competing template products

Each additional project or live website requires a separate license purchase. Full licensing terms may be outlined separately in the License Agreement.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment processor to charge the listed price. Prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support and we will work to resolve the issue. Please review our full Refund Policy for additional details.

6. Product Updates

Purchased templates may receive improvements or compatibility updates at our discretion. Updates apply only to the purchased product and do not include access to future separate releases. Archipelagy is not obligated to provide indefinite updates.

7. Support

Support includes assistance with:

• Template access
• Licensing questions
• Guidance on using the template as designed

Support does not include:

• Custom development
• Extensive customization services
• Platform troubleshooting unrelated to the template

Support is provided at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, content, designs, branding, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Archipelagy, LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archipelagy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or templates. Templates are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing templates before publishing to a live environment.

10. Platform Dependency

Templates are built for use within the Framer platform. Archipelagy is not responsible for:

• Changes made by Framer
• Platform outages
• Third-party integrations
• Hosting-related issues

Use of the Framer platform is subject to Framer’s own terms and policies.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email and Framer account used to access purchased templates. Archipelagy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised accounts.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
